We are hiring for the following positions:
Part-time or full-time planner, GIS technician, draftsperson, environmental scientist, engineer, or construction/project manager to help plan, design, and manage the construction of water and wastewater treatment systems and assist our clients with environmental compliance.
The following experience is desirable:
Planning, funding, design, cost estimating, or construction management of water, wastewater, or biosolids treatment systems.
Water quality data analysis and treatment system pilot studies.
Water quality laboratory testing methods and procedures and sampling techniques.
Water and air quality modeling for environmental systems.
Compliance with NPDES, state waste discharge, air quality, and biosolids permits.
Creating maps with GIS source data.
3D drafting with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Water, sewer, and stormwater system modeling.
The following are required:
Excellent verbal and digital communication and writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Edge, Teams, Adobe Acrobat software.
Workstation, computer, and mobile phone for remote work.
Valid Washington State Driver's License.
Sufficient physical ability and mobility to work and walk in an industrial plant and field environment for prolonged periods of time and carry moderate weight.

Ability to listen, learn, follow direction, and accept feedback.
Respect for women and others with diverse backgrounds.
Compensation:
$40 to $70 per hour depending on qualifications.
1 hour of sick leave for every 40 hours worked.

Fully remote position but must have primary residence in Eastern Washington preferably in Spokane County.
